MEET MAHSA
(The Founder)
From a young age, Mahsa’s insatiable curiosity drew her to a wide range of spiritual, mystical, philosophical, scientific, historical and poetic works. She felt a particular connection to the poetry and teachings of the renowned Persian poet and spiritual teacher, Rumi.
A vivid dream inspired her first journey to Konya, Turkey, where Rumi spent much of his life and passed away in the 13th century. This pilgrimage became an annual tradition as she returned for several years to participate in Rumi’s memorial ceremonies. These gatherings brought together thousands of Sufis, spiritual seekers, whirling dervishes, musicians, and kindred spirits from around the world. Through these events, Mahsa experienced profound mystical moments, yet her connection with Rumi and his teachings transcends any single place.
Mahsa’s spiritual journey extended to studying with various teachers, attending classes, and exploring diverse practices. At the same time, she pursued academic and professional paths in Architecture and later Interior Design, while staying physically active with climbing, hiking, dancing, fitness, Pilates, and martial arts.
In 2009, she encountered Pranic Healing, a non-touch energy healing modality. During her very first session, she vividly sensed the energy movements and techniques, even identifying what the healer was doing without any physical contact. Intrigued and inspired, she pursued intensive training, completing all available courses in a short time. She then dedicated several years as a volunteer healer at a bustling Pranic Healing clinic, for which she remains deeply grateful. Her gratitude lies with Master Choa Kok Sui, the founder of Modern Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga, and her first instructor, who became instrumental in her journey.

While pursuing her second degree - Interior Design, Mahsa discovered Yoga. What began as a physical activity quickly evolved into a profound practice that extended beyond the body. She delved deeply into yoga’s philosophy and history, complementing her asana practice with scholarly study. This passion ultimately led her to become a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance and a 50-hour certified Yin Yoga Teacher.
In the spirit of Love, Unity & Oneness, now Mahsa is sharing with others what she has learned all through these years and continues to learn.
"When will you begin that long journey into yourself?"
